IRMD26310DJ, Reference Design Kit for the IRS26310DJ three phase gate driver with integrated bootstrap functionality and DC bus overvoltage protection. The design kit includes a complete drive system board with an input rectifier, control power supplies, digital motor control IC and power inverter.
