ADC108S052EVAL, Evaluation Board for ADC108S052, 1-Channel, 10-Bit, 500 KSPS Analog-to-Digital Converter. The evaluation board can be used in one of two modes, Stand-alone or Computer mode. In Stand-alone mode, suitable test equipment, such as a function generator and logic analyzer, can be used with the board to evaluate the ADC108S052
