
BiCMOS PWM current mode controller for DC/DC power management. Features a 1MHz switching frequency, 100% maximum duty cycle, and a 20V maximum input voltage. This 8-pin SOIC package supports surface mount installation and operates from a 9V to 18V supply voltage. Delivers up to 200mA output current with a 2.3mA quiescent current. Suitable for Buck-Boost and Flyback topologies, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.
