Single transmitter/receiver bus transceiver supporting RS-422 and RS-485 interfaces. Features a 5Mbps data rate and operates with a 5V supply voltage (4.75V to 5.25V). This half-duplex transceiver is housed in a lead-free, 8-pin SOIC surface-mount package measuring 5mm x 4mm x 1.25mm. It offers 70mV receiver hysteresis and operates within a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C.
