The Si8271GBD-IS is a high-performance single isolated gate driver designed for high switching speed environments. It features a very high Common Mode Transient Immunity (CMTI) of 200 kV/µs (with a latch-up spec of 400 kV/µs) to eliminate signal integrity risks from fast noise transients. The device includes UVLO fault protection, a de-glitch circuit for input filtering, and supports precise dead time programmability. It operates with a 2.5V-5.5V input supply and up to a 30V driver supply voltage, based on capacitive isolation technology offering low EMI and long lifetimes.
