Dual-output synchronous step-down DC-DC converter with adjustable output voltages from 600mV to 6V. Features 600mA and 1A output current capabilities, a 2.5V to 6V input voltage range, and up to 95% efficiency. This 2-channel power management IC operates with a quiescent current of 32uA and is housed in a compact 3mm x 3mm x 1mm VSON package. Suitable for a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
