
High-voltage window voltage detector for overvoltage and undervoltage monitoring. Features a 1.8V to 18V supply voltage range and 5.5mV hysteresis. Monitors two voltages with 404mV overvoltage and 396mV undervoltage thresholds. Operates from -40°C to 125°C with a low 5.5µA supply current. Packaged in a 1mm high SOT-23-6 surface mount component.
