The Si7006-A10-IM1 is a 12-bit relative humidity and temperature sensor with an I2C interface. It operates over a supply voltage range of 1.9V to 3.6V and is accurate to ±4%RH and ±0.5°C. The sensor is available in a DFN EP package with 6 pins and is suitable for operating temperatures between -40°C and 125°C.
