Synchronous, step-down DC-DC regulator with a 1A maximum output current. Features a 4.5V to 36V input voltage range and adjustable output voltage from 600mV to 32.4V. Achieves up to 94% efficiency and operates with a nominal supply current of 2mA. Housed in a 3.1mm x 3.1mm x 0.75mm LFCSP EP package with tin-matte contact plating. Suitable for surface mount applications with a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
