Operates with a 1.8V supply voltage and offers 1.7LSB Differential Nonlinearity (DNL) and 5.5LSB Integral Nonlinearity (INL). Packaged in a 12mm x 12mm x 1.2mm HTQFP with gold contact plating, suitable for -40°C to 85°C operation.
