
Dual 3 MHz, 1200 mA buck regulators with one 300 mA LDO. Features adjustable output voltage from 800mV to 4.75V, with fixed outputs at 3.8V for the buck regulators and 5.2V for the LDO. Operates from a 2.3V to 5.5V input voltage range, delivering up to 1.2A per buck output and 300mA for the LDO. Packaged in a 4mm x 4mm LFCSP EP with tin, matte contact plating.
