High-speed operational amplifier featuring a 3GHz gain bandwidth product and 510MHz -3dB bandwidth. This single-channel, single-amplifier IC offers a 715V/µs slew rate and 18ns settling time. It operates with dual supply voltages from 2.5V to 6V, or a single supply from 5V to 12V. The SOIC-8 package houses an amplifier with 100µV input offset voltage and 3µA input bias current, providing 88dB CMRR and 80dB PSRR.
