PMP6845, 5V input, 6 Phase High Efficiency Synchronous Buck, 0.9V 120A output. PMP6845 reference design uses three TPS40140's to control 6 Synchronous Buck Phases. Main switch pair for each phase is the dual CSD86350Q5D. The optional added CSD16325Q5 for the low side enhances efficiency, especially at full load. Efficiency is 87.5% at full load and over 90% for loads from 20 thru 80A. Electrical and thermal test results shown for both with and without the added CSD16325Q5.
