Standalone 1-cell battery charger with dynamic power path management. Features a regulated 4.4V output and supports a 4.2V battery pack voltage. Maximum charge current is 1.5A, with a 1A output current. Integrated fault protection includes over temperature, short circuit, and reverse current. Operates from a 4.35V to 16V supply voltage, with a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. Surface mountable in a 20-VQFN package with gold contact plating.
