Dual step-down converter, operating from 2.5V to 6V input, delivers up to 600mA and 1000mA from two positive outputs. Features a 2.25MHz switching frequency and 95% efficiency, with programmable or fixed output voltages from 1.2V to 1.8V. Housed in a compact 3x3mm VSON package with a low 0.95mm height, this RoHS compliant component offers 32uA quiescent current and operates across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
