
Triple output power management IC featuring dual 1.2A, 3 MHz synchronous buck regulators and a 300mA LDO. Adjustable output voltage from 800mV to 4.75V for buck regulators, with a fixed 5.2V output for the LDO. Operates from a 2.3V to 5.5V input range, delivering up to 1.2A per buck output and 300mA from the LDO. Available in a QFN package, supplied on tape and reel.
