Dual operational amplifier featuring rail-to-rail input/output and overvoltage protection. This micropower amplifier offers a 1.52MHz -3dB bandwidth and a 786kHz gain bandwidth product. With a 30V maximum supply voltage and 120µA operating supply current, it provides 77dB CMRR and 100dB PSRR. The surface mount SOP package contains two general-purpose bipolar amplifiers, suitable for a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
