Our long history started in 1904 when Rudolf Nord founded the company in Molkom. Following a number of mergers and acquisitions in Uddeholm AB, Avesta AB, Outokumpu and OSTP, Nords International AB has been owned by the Dan Johansson family, Oxelösund since 2014.
