
High-current, synchronous step-down three buck switcher with integrated FETs. Features a 4.5V to 18V input voltage range and adjustable output voltages from 800mV up to 18V. Each of the three outputs supports up to 2A of output current. Operates from -40°C to 125°C and is housed in a compact 6mm x 6mm VQFN package. This surface mountable PMIC is RoHS compliant and utilizes synchronous rectification.
