Features a 70.1 dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) and 83 dB Spurious-Free Dynamic Range (SFDR). Operates with a 3V to 3.6V supply voltage and a nominal supply current of 236mA. This single-channel, bipolar ADC offers SPI, Serial, and Parallel interfaces, packaged in a 64-HTQFP with gold contact plating. Suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
