Neway Stamping & Manufacturing was founded in 1970 in Willoughby, Ohio by a small group of entrepreneurial tool makers and engineers with a focus on short-run stamping. Initially producing products for a private label manufacturer of home appliances, the company expanded into a broad range of markets including valves, fittings and off-highway equipment.
