Nemco Electronics Corporation was founded in New York in 1975 with a charter to become a world class supplier of tantalum capacitors. Sensing a void in the tantalum supply chain after a serious shortage of supply in the early '70's, Nemco's focus has been to meet the demand for tantalum capacitors in the manufacturing sectors often ignored by competitors.
