TPA3200D1 Audio Power Amplifier Evaluation Module

TPA3200D1 is a 20-W efficient digital audio power amplifier for driving a mono bridged-tied speaker. The TPA3200D1 can drive a speaker with an impedance as low as 4-Ohms. The high efficiency, 85%, of the TPA3200D1 eliminates the need for an external heat sink. The digital input accepts 16-24 bit data in I2S format or 16-bit word right-justified. A digital filter performs an 8x interpolation function that includes optional de-emphasis at 44.1kHz. Other features include soft mute and a zero input detect flag for power conscious designers. Ideal for audio enhanced flat panel displays, Pachinko machines, and commercial gaming.
