Dual-processor voltage supervisor IC featuring two monitored voltages with an active-low reset output and a 70ms reset timeout. Operating from 2.7V to 6V, this component offers a maximum supply current of 40µA and a quiescent current of 15µA. It includes an integrated watchdog timer and is housed in an 8-SOIC package. Rated for operation between -40°C and 85°C, with a maximum power dissipation of 725mW, this lead-free and RoHS compliant device is supplied on tape and reel.
