Automotive-grade DC/DC controller for single-output step-down applications. Features a maximum switching frequency of 750 kHz and an operating supply voltage range of 4.5 to 42 V, with a maximum input voltage of 42 V. Output voltage is adjustable from 0.8 to 41 V. Housed in a 24-pin WQFN EP package with a 0.5 mm pin pitch, measuring 4.15 x 4.15 x 0.75 mm. Surface-mount component suitable for operation between -40 °C and 125 °C.
