High-performance 3-axis MEMS accelerometer with selectable full scales of ±2g, ±4g, ±8g, and ±16g. Features ultra-low power consumption at 11µA operating current and a wide operating voltage range of 1.71V to 3.6V. Digital output via high-speed I2C or SPI interfaces, with 16-bit resolution. Integrated FIFO buffer and 5kHz bandwidth enable efficient data capture. Packaged in a compact 3x3x1mm LGA for space-constrained applications.
