
16-bit PulSAR® Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) with a 500 kSPS sampling rate. Features a 2LSB Integral Nonlinearity (INL) and 6LSB Full Scale Error, offering 92.7dB Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR). Operates with a 4.5V to 5.5V supply voltage and a 500mV to 5.5V input voltage range. This unipolar, single-supply ADC utilizes an SPI interface and is housed in a compact MSOP package with gold contact plating.
