Precision RRIO dual operational amplifier featuring a 4MHz bandwidth and 3.25MHz gain bandwidth product. This general-purpose amplifier offers a low input offset voltage of 100µV and an input bias current of 80nA. Operating from a wide dual supply voltage range of 1.5V to 15V (up to 18V max), it delivers a 4V/µs slew rate and 6.5mA output current. The bipolar technology ensures a 90dB common mode rejection ratio and power supply rejection ratio, with a maximum operating temperature of 125°C.
