High-speed, single-channel operational amplifier featuring a 510MHz -3dB bandwidth and 3GHz gain bandwidth product. This device offers ultralow distortion with 0.95nV/√Hz voltage noise and a 1350V/µs slew rate. Designed for dual supply operation from ±2.5V to ±6V, or single supply from 5V to 12V, it provides 105dB common mode rejection ratio and 80dB power supply rejection ratio. The op amp delivers 35mA output current and settles in 18ns, housed in a 1-amplifier SOIC package.
