Nit6X_JTAG, JTAG adaptor for BD-SL-i.MX6 (formerly SABRE Lite) and Nitrogen6X. JTAG Adaptor board adding the common 20-pin JTAG interface for off-the-shelf JTAG debuggers. This adapter converts our mini 10-pin JTAG interface to the more common 20-pin interface. The package includes a daughter board, standoffs, mounting screw and a set of jumpers to configure various options to meet the needs of differing debug tools
