This rail-to-rail output, negative rail input voltage feedback amplifier offers a 118MHz gain bandwidth product and 122dB voltage gain. Operating from 2.5V to 5.5V supply, it consumes 1mA quiescent current and delivers 50mA output current per channel. With a 400µV input offset voltage and 1µA input bias current, it provides excellent signal integrity. Packaged in a 6-pin SOT-23, this RoHS compliant component operates across a -40°C to 125°C temperature range.
