
12-bit, 4-channel SAR analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with a 100kSPS sampling rate. Features a unipolar, serial I2C interface and operates from a 1.65V to 5.5V supply range. This integrated circuit offers 1.5 LSB integral nonlinearity and a low nominal supply current of 5µA. Packaged in a 16-pin WQFN with gold contact plating, it is RoHS compliant and suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
