
5V Ultralow Noise XFET® Voltage Reference IC, featuring a fixed output voltage with 0.12% tolerance. This series voltage reference offers both current sink and source capability up to 30mA. Operating from a maximum input voltage of 20V, it maintains a low quiescent current of 800µA. The component is designed for a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and is supplied in a tape and reel package.
