Modem Design using Si2457 low-voltage modem device

Si2457, chipset family, low-voltage modem device and a 8-pin SOIC line-side DAA device Si3008 connecting directly with the telephone local loop (TIP and RING). This modem solution is a complete hardware (controller-based) modem that connects to a host processor through a serial or parallel interface (parallel, PCM, and EEPROM interfaces are only available on the 24-pin TSSOP package option)
