Low distortion differential ADC driver featuring a 320MHz -3dB bandwidth and 320MHz gain bandwidth product. This single-channel operational amplifier offers a high slew rate of 1150V/µs and excellent common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) and power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 70dB. Designed for surface mounting in an MSOP package with gold contact plating, it operates from a minimum dual supply voltage of 1.4V to a maximum of 5.5V, or a single supply from 2.7V to 11V. The device exhibits a 1mV input offset voltage and 7µA input bias current, with a 6MΩ input resistance. Operating current is 20mA with a power dissipation of 550mW, and it functions across an extended temperature range of -55°C to 105°C.
