
High voltage DC/DC converter, part of the VIPer™ plus family, designed for energy-saving applications up to 12W. Features include a wide AC input voltage range of 85V to 265V, a maximum output voltage of 800V, and an output current of 420mA. This surface mount SOIC package offers over-temperature fault protection and operates with a duty cycle up to 70%. It supports both Buck-Boost and Flyback topologies, with a maximum power dissipation of 10W and an operating supply current of 1.5mA.
