Step-down DC/DC converter with adjustable output voltage from 800mV to 41.1V, capable of delivering up to 3.5A output current. Features a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 42V and operates efficiently with a quiescent current of 146µA. This surface mount component, housed in an 8-SO PowerPAD package, supports synchronous rectification and includes Eco-mode™ technology. Designed for operation across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, it is RoHS compliant and supplied on tape and reel.
