Wideband, low distortion fully differential amplifier with shutdown, featuring a 260MHz -3dB bandwidth and 200MHz gain bandwidth product. This single-channel operational amplifier offers a 74dB Common Mode Rejection Ratio and a 72dB Power Supply Rejection Ratio. Operating from a dual supply voltage range of 2.25V to 7.5V (or 4.5V to 15V single supply), it delivers 130mA output current per channel with a 1800V/µs slew rate and 20ns settling time. Packaged in an 8-HVSSOP, this lead-free, RoHS compliant component operates across -40°C to 85°C.
