
Fully differential CMOS operational amplifier featuring a 100MHz bandwidth and 55V/µs slew rate. This single-channel amplifier offers a 1.2pA input bias current and 820MΩ input resistance, with a 64dB common mode rejection ratio. Designed for dual supply operation from 1.5V to 1.75V, it also supports single supply operation from 3V to 3.5V. The amplifier is housed in an 8-pin HVSSOP package, operating across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
