Supports a maximum duty cycle of 85% and an oscillating frequency up to 1MHz, with a programmable current limit of 690mA and typical inrush current of 140mA. Operates within a -40°C to 85°C temperature range, incorporating UVLO protection with turn-on at 35V and turn-off at 31V.
