
Single-channel operational amplifier featuring a 700kHz gain bandwidth product and 0.2V/µs slew rate. This BIFET technology amplifier offers low input offset voltage of 60µV and 350pA input bias current. It operates with dual supply voltages from 1.2V to 20V, consuming 350µA operating supply current. The SOIC N package supports surface mounting and provides 115dB common mode rejection ratio and 114dB power supply rejection ratio.
