1.5A positive fixed output linear voltage regulator with 1.8V output voltage and 1% accuracy. Features very low dropout voltage, 1.5A maximum output current, and a 14V maximum input voltage. Operates from 2.5V minimum input voltage with a 1.2423V reference voltage. Surface mount TO-252 package, 6.6mm length, 6.2mm width, and 2.4mm height. 180µA quiescent current and 72dB PSRR.
