2-element logic IC output optocoupler, providing 3750V isolation. Features a 10MBps data rate, 50mA maximum output current, and 15mA forward current. Operates bidirectionally with a 5V reverse breakdown voltage and 60mW power dissipation. Includes a 75ns turn-on delay and 10ns fall time, with a propagation delay of 100ns. Packaged in an SOIC surface mount case, operating from -40°C to 85°C.
