Four-channel, bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode array designed for HDMI interface protection. Features a low clamping voltage of 8V maximum and a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 3.6V maximum. Operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C with a minimum breakdown voltage of 5V. This 10-terminal device utilizes silicon diode elements and offers a non-repetitive peak reverse power dissipation of 17W.
