
16-bit, 500kSPS serial output Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a unipolar differential input. This micropower sampling ADC operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V single supply, consuming a maximum of 22.5mW. It offers excellent linearity with Integral Nonlinearity (INL) of 1LSB and Differential Nonlinearity (DNL) of 0.75LSB, alongside a Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) of 96dB. The ADC utilizes an SPI interface for communication and is housed in a 10-VSON surface-mount package with gold contact plating.
