This successive approximation ADC offers a 72.3dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) and 1LSB Integral Nonlinearity (INL). It supports SPI and 3-wire serial interfaces for data output. Designed for surface mounting, this component operates from a single 5V supply and consumes 1.5mW of power. The compact 6-pin package measures 2.2mm in length, 2.5mm in width, and 0.8mm in height.
