Operates from a 10V to 17.5V supply and is compatible with CMOS, LSTTL, and 3.3V logic. Packaged in a 28-pin TSSOP (Thin Shrink Small Outline Package) with gull-wing leads for surface mounting, measuring 9.7mm x 4.4mm x 1mm with a 0.65mm pin pitch. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 95°C.
