MAX3987EVKIT+, Evaluation Kit (EV kit) is a fully assembled and tested PCB that demonstrates the capabilities of the MAX3987 8.5Gbps quad equalizer and preemphasis driver. The EV kit can be controlled using a PC to run the evaluation software or using DIP switches mounted on the EV kit to bias hardware pins. The included software is Windows compatible and provides a simple graphical user interface (GUI) to configure all available device features.
