
General purpose operational amplifier featuring an 8MHz gain bandwidth product and 2.9V/µs slew rate. This single-circuit, bipolar technology amplifier offers a 600µV input offset voltage and 300nA input bias current. It operates from a minimum dual supply voltage of 1.35V up to a maximum of 6V, or a minimum single supply of 2.7V to a maximum of 12V. The amplifier boasts a 100dB voltage gain, 63dB common mode rejection ratio, and 110dB power supply rejection ratio. Packaged in a RoHS compliant SOIC-8 surface mount case, it is supplied on tape and reel.
