145MHz Op Amp, Dual, 180V/µs Slew Rate, MSOP

Dual operational amplifier featuring a 145 MHz -3dB bandwidth and 180 V/µs slew rate. This high-performance op amp offers a 60 MHz gain bandwidth product and 130 MHz unity gain bandwidth product. Operating from dual supply voltages between 2.5V and 9V, or single supply from 5V to 24V, it provides 100dB common mode rejection ratio and 100dB power supply rejection ratio. The MSOP package contains two amplifiers, each capable of 30mA output current, with a low input bias current of 2pA and settling time of 55ns.
